Pagi hari ini aku terbangun karena mendapat pesan di red berryku. Dan ternyata ini pesan dari The Jackals "Hmmmmm...Apaan lagi nih..?? Tugas baru..." Gumamku Dan aku membuka isi pesan itu yang ternyata adalah video message. "Greetings Jackals..." Tampak di layar seorang anonymus dengan wajah digelapkan dan suara disamarkan. "Telah ditemukan sebuah tas virus yang dapat membunuh manusia dan manjadikan mereka sebuah undead atau lebih dikenal sebagai zombie. Diperkirakan virus ini sudah menyebar ke seluruh penjuru dunia dan menginfeksi sejumlah orang. Bila sang carrier menggigit manusia lain maka virus itu akan menyebar" sambung pesan tsb. "Oi..oi..tunggu dulu...!! Klo udah nyebar apa artinya mencegah..??" "Tugasmu kali ini adalah mencegah sosial disorder lebih lanjut dan penyebar luasan virus tersebut ke area lain" "Duh...itu mending kasih ke tentara nasional aja..." "Ada kemungkinan si pembuat virus masih ada di area tersebut. Itu adalah tugas lain dari misi kali ini, eliminate the virus maker and prevent the spreading of the virus" "...." Akupun terdiam. "Gadget mu akan hancur setelah pesan ini selesai" "WHAT...!!! Oi tunggu dulu...ini baru gw isi pulsa kemaren, masih bisa internetan ini...!!!" "Jangan manja...gadget mu semua adalah pemberian The Jackals, dan didalam-nya terdapat banyak rahasia tentang The Jackals. Maka dari itu setiap ada kontak, harus dihancurkan" "Pergilah ke bank XXX dan sebutkan kata sandi 'Hellfire' kepada teller-nya" "Kah...!!!" Tunggu...ini video message ato video call sih...??? Dengan amat sangat kecewa aku lempar gadget itu keluar jendela. Sayang amat, itu red berry model baru lagi. Aku melihat keluar jendela dan melihat red berry yang aku lempar tadi hancur berkeping - keping. Gilee...ngancurin-nya lebay amat. Itu buat komunikasi apa buat perang sih..?? Ngapain dikasih barang bagus klo buat diancurin nantinya...??? Akupun bergegas berpakaian untuk berangkat ke misi selanjutnya. "Ngg....." "Ni kancut klo ga salah juga dari sono. Beli baru aja dah, daripada meledak nanti..." Setelah selesai berpakaian dan check out dari hotel, akupun segera menuju bank yang dimaksud. Sesampai disana, aku lsng memberi sandi yang telah diberikan. Seperti biasa, si teller langsung memanggil manager bank tersebut. Sang manager pun kemudian memintaku untuk ikut dengan-nya. Akupun diantar ke sebuah Vault rahasia yang didalamnya terdapat banyak vault2 kecil untuk menyimpan barang. Lalu aku diminta duduk disebuah ruangan yang terisolir dari apapun dan menunggu sang manager kembali membawa barang titipan. Sambil menunggu, aku sempat membayangkan situasi macam apa yang akan kuhadapi nanti. Zombie breakout...?? Aku yakin bukan hanya aku saja yang mendapat tugas ini. Mudah bagiku untuk membunuh, tapi sangat sulit kalau harus mencegah sosial disorder. "Yah...mudah2an belum telat aja..." Gumamku. Kemudian sang manager kembali membawa sebuah titanium besar. Dia meletakan-nya diatas meja dan kemudian pergi meninggalkan ku sendiri untuk membuka koper tersebut. Tanpa pikir panjang aku langsung membuka isi koper tersebut. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ..... Kok dikasih barang bagusan lagi sih...?? Bodo wae dah...!! Klo kepepet tinggal gw lempar ini. Setelah mengosongkan isi koper tersebut, lalu aku bergegas pergi dan menemui sang manager diluar ruangan. Sang manager pun kemudian membukakan pintu Vault tempat vault2 rahasia ini. "Maaf...berapa batas kredit yang bisa dipakai dari credit card ini..??" Akupun bertanya ke sang manager. "Kira-kira $10 juta dollar sir, sehari" Jawab sang manager. "Oke terimakasih..." Kemudian akupun keluar dari Vault meninggalkan sang manager. Asyikk...!!! paling nggak gw bisa makan enak lah. Kemudian I-phone tadi pun kunyalakan dan ternyata aku melihat diatas layar-nya ada jam yang menunjukan waktu Jepang saat ini. Ohho....jadi misiku kali ini ke jepang....nice. Tiba2 I-phone ku berdering saat kulihat, ternyata dari Preventer 07. Aku bergegas mengangkat telpon tersebut. "Oii...bo_on..!!!" Suara sang penelpon, tapi aku tak asing lagi dengan suaranya... Biasanya The Jackals bergerak sendiri dalam menjalankan tugas, namun tidak dilarang untuk bekerjasama dengan preventer lain. Dan selama ini aku menjalankan misi, aku selalu kontak2 dengan Matt, membagi info, hanya untuk bergurau, dsb. Dia teman yang baik. "Matt, lw juga dapet tugas itu...??" "Yaa....kali ini gw ditugasin ke Jepang" "Ohh...sama donk..." Sambungku... "Iya...tapi gw harus nanganin region utara, klo lw tokyo kan...???" "Hmm kyk-nya sih gitu" "Gw dapet info kalo si pencipta virus sebuah perusahaan farmasi terbesar di jepang" Matt, memberiku sebuah clue. Sesuatu yang jarang didapat dari anggota The Jackals lainnya. "Perusahaan farmasi...??? Ga heran. Tapi kyk di Tv ato game aja sih..??" "Beats me..." "Lalu apa tujuan dari pembuatan virus ini" Aku kembali bertanya kepada Matt. Ato lebih tepatnya an evolving creature. Mereka kuat sekali, lincah, insting-nya kuat, dan terlebih lagi mereka cukup cerdas, or so I heard..." sambung Matt "...Damn it....dan mahluk2 itu masih berkeliaran diluar sana...???" Tanyaku dengan nada kesal "......yes.." Matt terlihat cukup kecewa dengan fakta yang sekarang. "We can't do this alone...we have to work together...!!" Akupun mengajak Matt untuk membentuk sebuah tim kecil. Ini terlalu konyol, bila dikerjakan sendiri sama aja nyari mati. "I'd love to, but I can't..." Jawab Matt "Why..?? THAT IS SPART...." upss... "That's insane...!!! you could be killed...!!" "Well, mereka sangat berharap dengan kemampuan specialku dalam melihat serangan 2 detik kedepan. Mereka pikir hanya aku yang bisa melakukan ini...." Lanjut Matt "No...I mean...mereka ga ngirim reinforcement satupun untuk membantumu..." Aku tahu dia adalah elite dan mempunyai kemampuan special, tapi bukan berarti hanya mengirim Matt kesana hanya menambah daftar casualty...?? "Jangan khawatir....aslinya misi gw memang seperti itu, tapi aku diijinkan untuk surveilance terlebih dahulu melihat kemampuan musuh. Dan bila dirasa mustahil, mereka akan mengirim bala bantuan. Yah...klo gw sih udah pasti bakal nelpon lw. Mana mungkin mereka mau kehilangan seorang Mattalast Ballory dan bo_on makanya lw disuruh misi ecek2 dulu abis itu baru lw bisa assist gw..." Ucap Matt "Heh...mungkin I-phone gw bakal gw matiin..." Akupun mulai bercanda dengan Matt "Fuh...eh ngomong2 lw dapet-nya I-phone juga...??" Tanya Matt "Iya...mungkin gw bisa nge-trollin jambret2 buat nyopet I-phone gw abis itu gw ledakin.." "Haha...ide bagus. Tapi sial banget tadi JAV 2GB gw masih ada di red berry. Blm sempet gw back up, udah disuruh ledakin" celetuk Matt "Lagian hari gini masih main2 JAV, dikasih duit banyak bukannya 'nyewa' aja sekalian" "Yah kan...buat survey coy...survey....klo jalan2 ke Nihon kan lumayan dah tau bintang2 JAV tinggal tanya tarif aja deh...Kebetulan sekarang ke Jepang kan...???" Canda Matt "Iya...klo tuh bintang2 JAV blm pada jadi zombie...makan tuh JAV" Balasku Hahahaha..... Kami berdua pun tertawa girang seperti orang yang mau menghilangkan rasa tegang. "Keep your gadget up, dude. I certainly need your help..." Ucap Matt "Will do...God Speed, Matt...." "God Speed..." Setelah menutup telpon, aku pun bergegas berangkat ke bandara untuk menuju Jepang. Didalam pesawat aku berpikir memang hanya Matt yang bisa menghadapi mereka. Mata kiriku belum tentu berfungsi untuk menghadapi brainless creature seperti itu. Sesampai di Jepang, akupun melihat keadaan sekitar. Semuanya masih normal, tidak ada tanda2 dari zombie tsb. Karena perjalanan cukup panjang dan melelahkan, akupun memutuskan mencari hotel untuk beristirahat. Sesampai dihotel akupun belum melihat tanda2 keanehan, lebih baik mulai investigasi-nya besok saja. Akupun merebahkan diri untuk tidur sambil berfikir harus mulai darimana investigasi ku. Semua masih terlihat normal dan.....aku pun mulai terlelap. ...... .... .. Apa ini...?? semuanya terlihat gelap tidak ada siapa2. Akupun terbangun dan mulai melihat keadaan sekitar. "Dimana ini...???" Sambil melangkah akupun berteriak "HALO...!!! Ada orang disini...??? HALOOOO...!!!" Tiba2 di ujung jalan aku melihat sesuatu. Sesosok wanita..?? "Halo...er...konnichiwa...err....ini ada dimana ya...??" Saat mendekat aku melihat seorang wanita cantik memakai kimono putih membawa pedang dan payung. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] "Huh..!!!" Di bawah kaki wanita itu bergelimpangan mayat. "Hei..hei...mereka bilang bunga mawar itu pasti berduri. Apa masalahmu dengan mereka...???" Aku bertanya "....Tinggalkan tempat ini" Wanita itu menjawab "Sorry...?? kau kira aku akan pergi begitu saja setelah melihat pembunuhan..?? Aku tak peduli sih, tapi setidaknya ada 1 ato 2 hal yang perlu aku tanyakan..." ".......Bertahanlah hidup sebisa mu...." Wanita itu menjawab seraya membalikan badan dan pergi. "Oi...oi..!!! Paling nggak bisakah kau memberitahu ini tempat apa..???" Dan wanita itupun sudah menjauh. "Damn...!!" Tiba2 aku melihat mayat2 yang tadi bangun. Aku terkejut, tapi aku lsng mendekat untuk membantunya. "Oi..kamu gpp...??" Mayat itu diam saja. "Oii...!!!" Tiba2 mayat itu menoleh. Akupun lsng terkejut. Darah bercucuran dari perutnya dan mukanya sangat pucat. "....!!! I-Inikah zombie yang dimaksud...??" Tiba2 satu persatu mayat yang ada mulai bangun dan berjalan menuju arahku. "Cih..!!" Akupun mencari pistol dipinggangku dan......TIDAK ADA...!!! Dari arah belakang gerombolan zombie mulai berdatangan dan kemudian dari semua arah. "Sial...!!! Kok bisa2-nya gw ga bawa pistol..??" Dan zombie2 tersebut mulai mengepungku dan.... "AAAAAA....!!!!" "HAH....HAH.....HAH.....HAH......." Mimpi buruk. Akupun mulai mengumpulkan semua kekuatanku dan bangun dari tempat tidur. Akupun mencuci muka, dan menatap wajah tampanku di cermin :ganteng: "Belum cukur jenggot..." Bukan...bukan... Aku menatap wajahku dan mulai berpikir sepertinya misi kali ini memberikan tekanan yang cukup berat. *ring* *ring* I-phone-ku berdering. Ketika kulihat ternyata dari Matt. "Matt...." "Bo_on, Where are you...???" "Gw dah di Jepang...lw...???" "Coba lihat keadaan diluar...!!" Akupun bergegas menuju jendela dan melihat keadaan diluar. Disana aku melihat sebuah pemandangan mengerikan, zombie2 mulai bermunculan dan memangsa warga sekitar. Keadaan pun mulai ricuh. "MATT..!!!" "Ya...sepertinya kita telat. Pandemic sudah menyebar, sebagian warga telah terinfeksi dan akan memangsa yang lain...." Ujar Matt. "KYAAAAA...!!!" "AAA....!!!!" "TASUKETE.....!!!!" Suara2 gaduh pun mulai terdengar di kamar sebelah. "Suara apa itu...???.....Bo_on...!!! Tinggalkan tempat itu segera...!!!" Perintah Matt *DUG**DUG**DUG* Aku terkejut, pintu kamarku ada yang menggedor. Dan aku berani jamin itu bukan room service. Lalu aku bergegas mengambil Caliber .45 ku dan mengisi magazine-nya *DUG**DUG**DUG*...*BRAAK* Ahh...uhh.....huaa.... Zombie2 mulai masuk kekamarku. Tanpa pikir panjang aku mulai menembaki mereka 1 per satu. *DOR**DOR**DOR**DOR**DOR* Aku menembaki dada mereka....tapi...mereka bangkit lagi dan mulai berjalan menuju arahku. "Ck..!!!" *DOR**DOR**DOR**DOR**DOR* Aku melepaskan kembali tembakan, kali ini ke kepala mereka. Zombie2 itu pun mulai bertumbangan dan tidak berdiri lagi. "Haaah....." Aku menghela nafas "BO_ON..!!! BO_ON..!!! BO_ON..!!!..." Suara Matt di telpon. "Ui..??" Jawabku "Kau baik2 saja...??? Tadi itu..." "Ya...room service. Tapi aku tidak minta tetep aja maksa. Jadi kutembak aja..." Ucapku dengan nada sedikit bercanda "Segera tinggalkan tempat itu..!!! Cari lokasi aman dimana tidak banyak penduduk...!!! Segera...!!!" Matt menyuruhku keluar dari hotel. "Can't do...aku gak bisa pergi cuma dengan selembar kolor" "KLO GITU CEPAT BERPAKAIAN DAN JANGAN BERCANDA....!!!" Matt berteriak marah. "I know...I know...jeez..." Setelah berganti pakaian dan membawa semua yang kubutuhkan, aku lsng keluar dari kamarku dan....whoa...!! "Ada apa..??" Matt bertanya "Di ujung koridor cukup banyak zombie..." "Dengar...mereka hanya bisa mendeteksi panas dan suara saja. Asal lw berjarak 20m dari mereka, lw akan aman..." Matt memberikan instruksi kepadaku. "Err okay..." Kemudian akupun keluar mengendap2 dari mereka. Spertinya apa yang dibilang Matt benar. Begitu mereka hilang dari pandangan, aku lnsg bergegas menuju pintu darurat menuju atap dari hotel ini. Ketika sampai diatas aku melihat belum ada siapa2, jolly good. Lalu aku menuju ke sandaran pembatas gedung untuk melihat keadaan sekitar. Ternyata situasinya lebih mengerikan dari yang kukira. Semua ruas jalan hampir dipenuhi zombie. Orang2 yang disekitanya pun berlarian dari kejaran mereka. Beberapa ada lolos, namun juga ada yang tidak berhasil. Bagi yang tidak beruntung mereka akan menjadi santapan hidup2 zombi ini dan menjadi zombie-nya sendiri. Jeritan orang2 terdengar dimana-mana seakan menjadi orkestra pada kejadian kali ini. "AHHHH!!!! Panasss!!!!"..... Hari itu adalah hari yang menyebalkan.... keadaan udara sangat tidak mendukung.... Dunia ini seperti sedang ada di kolam spa..... "Damn!! tidak adakah AC di kelas ini??" Kataku sambil kipas-kipas ga karuan..... Biasanya aku tidak pernah mempermasalahkan soal ini. tapi, untuk hari ini, memang sangat keterlaluan... aku bahkan bisa merasakan panasnya tempat dudukku.. Sesaat kemudian... *PLAKK* "Ouucchhh!!" aku merasakan pukulan di punggungku... "Yoo Yez!!" Panggil orang yang memukulku itu "Cih, ternyata kau... bisa sopan sedikit tidak??" sahutku geram "Hmmm?? kenapa kau? ada sesuatu yang mengganggumu??" tanyanya balik "huh... bukan urusanmu.." sahutku bersungut.... "sebaiknya kau tanyakan dulu sebelum kau menyerang seseorang nona" kata rin, yang bahkan tidak mencoba untuk menolongku ketika kejadian itu terjadi... huh... teman macam apa kau?? aku hanya diam saja. entah karena shock atau karena heran. yang menyerangku bukanlah seorang laki" bertubuh kekar, tapi seorang wanita bertubuh ramping, dan kalau mau lebih extrem, dia pettan. "hooo.... aksenmu sepertinya bukan aksen biasa... benarkah kau orang jepang?" sasuga rin. tidak sepertiku, rin adalah orang yang pandai bicara dan memulai pembicaraan. sedangkan aku adalah orang yang lebih banyak diam. itulah yang membuatnya menjadi orang terkenal di kalangan wanita di sekolah ini. sudah lumayan banyak wanita yang pernah menjadi pacarnya... sedangkan aku? masa mudaku mungkin bisa dibilang suram. kalian pasti tahu apa maksudnya. "yup. aku adalah orang jepang, namun sejak lahir aku tinggal di jerman, hingga tahun ini ayah ibuku kembali kesini, sehingga aku harus ikut pindah." jawabnya ceria.
